If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, as regulated and provided for by the Consumer Code. There are no costs to be paid by the customer, other than those for the shipping with which you will return the goods. Roberto Giannotti undertakes to refund the expense paid by the customer for the purchase after verifying the condition of the goods which must be returned intact in their original packaging with the relevant documents. The integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal and obtaining a refund. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued. No modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns are accepted on orders of customized products.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE AND PACK THE ITEMS

  • Insert the product in the box together with the relevant guarantee provided.
  • Please make sure the product is in the same condition you received it otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
  • Package the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation. If possible, use the original packaging.

The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment you send us the package. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the refund. The amount of the returned items will be credited to your card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

REFUND FOR PURCHASES BY BANK TRANSFER

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue the refund. The process can take up to 10 working days from the moment you send the package. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the refund.

In the email sent to customer service you will need to indicate the following necessary data:

    1. Name and surname of the account holder: it can be registered in your personal name or in another trusted person. For the transaction to be successful, it is very important to specify the name of the account holder in question.
    2. IBAN: 27 character code. An Italian IBAN always begins with the letters IT, then always follows two control numbers, and then again a letter (CIN code).
    3. BIC/SWIFT: 8-character bank identification code, which can be followed by three other characters that specifically identify the branch of the reference bank. With these three data we have all the information necessary to complete the transaction. If the data is incorrect, the refund may be delayed due to additional checks to be carried out.

If an item you received is faulty or damaged, you can proceed with a complaint. After receiving your information, we will process your request with priority and in the shortest time possible.
